What a difference a year makes....

my sunshine!

OH my beautiful girl!  I love so much!  She truely is the sunshine of every day for me!  Lately she has just started to say such wonderful things such as: "wuv u," (love you) and this started out only being said if she was told to say it, but lately, oh lately, she has been saying it for no reason at all!  Just 'cause she loves me :)

OH and how she says other sweet things: for example, she will say "happy," this is the best 'cause it is also at random times, she will tell me that she is happy :)  This is the best, because sometimes I am not so happy, but when she tells me that she is happy ohhhh how it heals all!

Lately she has also been very concerned about others!  She will state uh ooooo ....owie....and then point to said owie.  This is so great for me to see my little have empathy.  But, also so cute to hear :)

Playing in the rain!

So, since the weather was so nice today, I did a little bit of rummaging, I came across some very cute little rain boots (stilll very big for my little, but I thought hey, good for next year right?!?!) for only $1! They actually match a very cute rain coat that my friend gave O just a few weeks ago. (bonus!)

Well, after we did our rummaging we decided to do a few things and by the time we were done, wouldn't you know...it started to rain!  SO, I got new rain boots for Christmas, and O just got some rain boots so why not go play in the rain!

To say the least we had SOOOOOOOOOO much fun!

I do have a creative bone in my body!

O.K. first and most important is some Olivia updates!  She has very quickly become a lover of imaginative play!  She is always pretending that her animals are running and playing.  This could be a toy, an animal cookie, a book with an animal in it, etc.  She loves animals!  Just today I did walk in on her having a tea party with her little friend!  It was very cute!

She is also taking after her daddy in the music department!  She is constantly "singing," which is really her humming, but it is cute none the less!  She has also added dancing to her singing!  She will also dance along with music on the radio, tv, mommy's off key singing, etc too!

I have had a lot of creative ideas lately and have finally had the energy to actually crate something with these ideas!  With the help of Grandma Lynda, I have created many fun things!  Some things I can not post, b/c they are gifts that I have yet to give.  BUT, I will post some of the fun things that I have made for O b/c I am excited to show off my new talent.  I have been making hair clips, shirts, and other surprises too!

 So here are some cute Easter pics!  Unfortunatly I lost my camera for Easter bunny pics, but here are some from the big day!  She had no clue what to do with the egg hunt, but thought it was fun anyway!  She loves playing with the empty plastic eggs :)  I love my girl, the simple things in life, who needs candy and toys anyway!

She also has a new love for bubbles so the Easter bunny did bring a LOT of bubbles and accessories!

She has also discovered the many joys that a park can bring, so without further ado, here are some awesome pics!

Easter is so tiring, that she decided to just lay down and rest on the cement! :)  We went home shortly after this.

spring is FUN!

Hmmmmmm what is new with O?!?!?

Well, she will say just about anything that you ask her to say, but she is not much of a talker on her own.  That is around people.  If it is just her and I she will babble baby babble all day long!  It is very funny to hear.

Today my nephew asked her to say "little," her response "little," he then asked her to say "boy," her response "poopie," I think that she is telling us something about boys. :)  Or maybe we have been working on her telling us when she has poopie and it just seemed like the thing to say :)

She can walk and run, although both are very difficult to do on anything but uneven surfaces.

She likes to think that she can ride a bike, but really she can NOT, and the entire ordeal is very frustrating for both of us.

Yes, she is very mismatched..what can i say??? hat is lost coat was in the washing machine :)

She has a new boyfriend who is our neighbor, they have had several play dates lately.  That is very fun to watch!  The other day they went behind the trees to kiss.  It is very cute, but I told her she is too young for the kissing thing.

She is very much into climbing ANYTHING!  It is very difficult to keep my sanity these days.  She is going to fall and break something I just know it.  She has already had one big fall, but she is a tough little one and cried a bit and then got back up and did it agian. We are looking into different gymnastics options for her to have a healthy way to do all of her climbing!  We were at the YMCA today and got to watch the employee's cleaning the rock wall!  That was actually pretty cool, she thought so too!

Her baby has quickly become one of her favorite friends!  She had to bring this with to her friends birthday party, because he probably only had boy toys anyway.

I guess the baby made her upset...Don't make O upset :)  So after this she decide that boy toys are not so bad.  She then went to play with the boys and thier cars.

(note to all those out their pushing for us to have another one....judging by this pic this is ANOTHER reason why we shouldn't) :)

I'm sure the hubbie would not approve of this pic, but come on!  How cute is this one!  O has been teething (two molars) and it has been very rough on EVERYONES sleep, this is an example of us not sleeping in our beds.

Still lovin' the life of miss O and love her more and more every day!
