Hello all!
Well, just an update, and possibly pics to follow....who knows, I am going off of only 3hrs of sleep last night so I very well might forget.
But, little Miss sure is getting big and old and talented! We started the baby puffs (I know it says not to start them until she is crawling....and no she is NOT crawling yet...Perfection takes practice) But her small motor skills and pincher grasp is exceptional! She can pick those things up like a pro....getting them to her mouth is another story...she would rather play with them in her hands for hours at a time :) Which is funny since everything else goes into her mouth...She also has a knack for opening the desk shelf and taking pens and pencils out!
She is not quite crawling, but she sure is good at practicing!
The other day she did say love you da da...Lance and I are the only ones who heard it, and the only ones who believe it but it is true....She also says ma ma and da da like a pro now! She also says a form of bunny once and a while, it sounds more like ba eeeee but none the less it is said :)
Back to eating, she is quite the eater! She loves to eat fruit, but veges not so much but will still eat them if fruit is somehow involved. Her favorite is prunes...:( yuck! I hate the smell alone of them! But, she loves them which is good since all the new solids have put a pause in her BM's and regularity. On that note, I never thought that I would talk so much about poop in my life before, and YES, I do work in child care, but this is just excessive! The other day Lance asked me how my day went and the highlight was that Livi had a normal poop....YES, that was the highlight ladies and gentleman! But, the prunes were not working so well, so I went out and bought some apple juice and prune juice (side note, I hate giving children juice...but you gotta poop too :) Well, I was unpacking the groceries and guess what happened....yes we got a normal poop:) But there were some tears involved (her not me :) I think that she just wanted me to spend money...Anyone have any tips on this topic please let me know
Well, enough about that...Still no teeth...I don't think that they will ever come in, which is bitter sweet...I am anxious for something new, but I do NOT want her in pain.
Sleep! She has been doing great! She will go down awake and put herself to sleep! Occasionally she will then wake up later and cry. When this happens at night we let her cry it out, and she always puts herself back to sleep within a matter of time, but during the naps she will sleep for 40-45 min and then wake up and not go back to sleep. (unless someone is holding her...then she will sleep much longer think 2hrs or longer) I am very frustrated and confused by this all.
She can sit very well unassisted too! She is quite proud of this new accomplishment!
So many exciting things going on in little Miss's life! Although I may be the only one who is quite so excited!

Daddy's little groupie part two
So I was wrong on the needing the baby sized guitar...who needs a house of two guitar players if we are gonna do it we better do it the correct way! Make an entire band! Livi got this awesome educational drum from her Auntie this Christmas and she just started playing it the other day and boy oh boy is it cute! She dances while sitting when the music part plays...
After taking this picture Daddy said that all we need is mommy to pick up the bass! HA HA HA like that will ever happen ;)

swimming lessons!
So Livi has been taking swimming lessons! She is so cute in the water :) She is finally learning how to splash! It is cute and she thinks that it is funny to splash mommy! She also loves to kick that is practically all that she does in the water is kick kick kick! :) My mom went with me a couple weeks back to take some pictures!

7 mo old! Already?!?!?
Hello all-
Here is our beautiful princess at 7mo old!
New things:
Well, yesterday she did intentionally say Da Da! She has been saying Da Da and Ma Ma, Ma Ma only when she is mad and Da Da just as some babbles. BUT, yesterday I said to her we are going to see Da Da, and she repeated Da Da! Then this morning she was trying to charm Daddy so she looked at him with those big blues and ever so sweetly said Da Da....She already knows how to get what she wants ;)
She still waves hi and bye, she babbles a lot, she is eating all sorts of new foods, but seems to not really like peas, go figure the ones that I made her...She rolls all over and can get up onto all fours knees and hands, but dosen't know what to do once there. Her favorite thing to do these days is to jump, I will try to upload a video of this, it is too cute! She will jump anywhere, laying down, being held, sitting, etc. She Loves stuffed animals a lot, she has a little lion which happened to be a rummage sale rescue from her cousin Jack....She will talk to that lion for hours! She can easily transfer objects from hand to hand, reach out for an object, grab objects, etc! Hopefully next mo I will be able to post that she is crawling!
Overall she is a very sweet little girl! I love her so much! She is also kinda sleeping through the night, she will go to bed at about 8pm and then wake up again at about 11 then out for the night. This sounds easy but it is frustrating, since her 11pm wake is for no reason what so ever. I have tried the cry it out method and that is not seeming to work....any suggestions.
