8mo pictures!

O.K so Lance took this picture tonight and I saw it and said WOW! I am huge! I do realize that I see myself everyday and should have already noticed this, but my golly! This picture really works wonders for the baby!

I did go to the Dr. this Tuesday and everything seems to be going well still! Yeah! It has been ten weeks since our scare! Heartbeat is great! Movement is great! And no contractions that are note worthy yet!

We were signed up for a birthing class this past weekend, but did not get to go because I was exposed to fifths disease and I guess that could be pretty dangerous for pregnant woman to be around, so we had to wait for the results of my blood work to come back before I could go to the class full of pregnant woman. This was very sad for me since I was looking forward to going and learning things, but I was even more excited to just have the weekend with Lance, since we both took off of work for the entire weekend! A huge thing to do in this household! But, to my surprise Lance and I still did not work all weekend and devoted the weekend to each other! We were going to go somewhere fun, but this is hard to do when your Dr. orders you to not go more than an hour away...So grandma and grandpa L took Rocko and Noodles for the weekend and Lance and I just kind of were roamers! But, we had a great time doing it and it was great to reconnect! Especially since we hardly see each other as it is!

I am very excited for the next 7 weeks to pass to meet our little one, but Lance...It is so amazing to see how excited he is! He is worse than a little kid at Christmas, he tells me all the time, "I can't wait to be a Daddy!" I just love seeing how excited and devoted he is! He has also been asking for "Daddy time," with the baby while I work, I think that he would love for me to get a full time job out of the child care field so that he can stay home with the little one!

Well, I think that is all for now! I go back to the Dr. on Friday, but I'm sure there will be no news there. But, next Friday, we see a specialist and I guess we get a "special" ultrasound, I do not know exactly what this means, but we are excited to see our little one again! I keep on saying little one, but look at me she looks pretty big! :)

So here is the update!

I was put on the monitors today and the baby is doing very well! I go back on Friday to check again.

But, I did get the ok to lift babies so I can now do some more work! Which is great to get in before the baby is born!

Although Lance may appriciate some of those prayers because I think that I am nesting and Lance is getting the brunt of all the things that I need done before the baby is here :) But he is handling it like a champ!

Quick update!

Hello Everyone!

So in a couple of days we will be putting 8mo pictures up! Can you believe what a long road this has been and that our little one is still in there! I think that she just likes to make Mommy and Daddy worry :)

I can't wait to meet her! I have an idea in my head of what she will look like, but who knows!?

We also have a couple of name ideas picked out, but are always looking for unique suggestions so if you have any, it would be great to hear all of them!

I have a feeling that she has dropped, but it could just be in my head? I also have a feeling that she could come any day now....Then on other days I feel like she is going to stay in my belly until after her due date!

I go to the dr. tomorrow, so please keep us in your thoughts that all is still going well. Starting tomorrow I will be going into the dr. twice a week, except for the weeks that I have to see the specialist...then it will be three times a week! She likes to keep me busy!

I will try to post something tomorrow about how the dr. visit went, BUT, who knows when our computer will be set up?! Lance is enjoying the day at six flags today, I am so jealous that I can't go, but I guess the baby is worth it :)

Hello everyone! I am a little late on the 7mo. pic posting, but the actual picture is not late.

So, it has officially been almost 7 weeks since the original scare and things seem to be going well! As you can see I am still growing bigger!

I am still off of bedrest, but have now realized that I have gestational diabetes and low iron. But things could be worse so I am just praying that this little one is healthy and happy.
